It can be so hard to find honest and compassionate mechanics and staff but my one experience at this business will certainly have me returning as needed. Beginning my communications with Kayla and ending them with Jeremy, I felt I was in empathetic and experienced hands the whole time. Also, having a relatable customer service background, I know how challenging it can be to make difficult calls that customers absolutely won't want to receive. Although I went in hoping for a couple hundred dollars to be my max, I left with it be a couple thousand...however, I was given time, understanding, and thorough explanations by the staff which made all the difference.
